Pricing Questions

Is there a setup fee?

For the Transaction-Based model, there are no upfront setup fees. For White-Glove Setup, a one-time onboarding fee applies depending on the scope of work. Partnership and Enterprise pricing is negotiated directly.

Who pays the transaction fee — me or my attendees?

You choose. TicketQ allows you to absorb fees or pass them on to attendees at checkout — or a combination of both. It's fully configurable per event.

Is there a minimum event size or volume?

No. TicketQ works for events of all sizes — from 50-person community events to stadium events with 50,000+ attendees. Our pricing scales with you.

Can I trial the platform before committing?

Yes. Book a demo and we'll walk you through the platform and discuss the best pricing model for your situation. We can also run a pilot event to show you TicketQ in action.

Do you lock me into a contract?

For the Transaction-Based model, there's no lock-in. Partnership and Enterprise arrangements may include term commitments, which we discuss openly before you sign anything.
